General

It is generally possible to use our website without providing personal data. Server Log files

Our hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your Browser automatically transmits to them. These are:

Contact

We do not use a contact form. If you send us inquiries by email, your email, including the contact data provided by you will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Newsletter

Since 2021 there is a form on he website to subscribe to the newsletter. The subscription to the newsletter is done via double opt-in, i.e. you will receive a mail after the registration, in which you have to confirm the subscription again. Your data will only be used to send this newsletter and will not be passed on to third parties. The transmission of the data takes place in encrypted form via HTTPS. If you wish to withdraw your consent and stop hearing from us, simply click the "unsubscribe" link at the bottom of every email we send or contact us at KH@das-klohaeuschen.de.

For sending the newsletter we use the mail program "Sendy". This means that the database with the contacts is hosted like this homepage at Strato with location in Germany. Sendy uses Amazon SES to send the emails, and there we use the region "eu-central-1 Europe (Frankfurt)". All information about data protection at Amazon SES can be found directly at https://aws.amazon.com/de/compliance/gdpr-center/. When subscribing to the newsletter, Sendy stores the IP and the date of registration in encrypted form. We do not collect any other information.

Users' consent to store their data can be revoked at any time by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every newsletter, or by sending a request to newsletter@realitaetsbuero.de.

Facebook-Links

On our pages we have integrated a link to the profile and to the page of the KloHäuschen on the platform of the social network Facebook, provider Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA.
